Simple Exercises to Strengthen and Tone Your Arms

Ever feel like your arms belong to someone else, when you look in the mirror? Well, you might think it takes a lot of visits to the gym to change that, but guess what? It doesn't! Grab a couple cans of soup and start changing those arms! You heard me, grab the cans, or, if you have weights, go for that. Now start with very small circles with your arms out like the photo below. Do 20 reps (circles) forward and then 20 reps backward. Now hold them up above your head and do the same thing. Then, put them straight out behind you and do the same. Only takes a few minutes a day, but the results are amazing! Now go pump them cans!
